In-store Exchanges and Returns
You need to communicate with our customer service department and obtain return/exchange confirmation before visiting our boutique.
You need to visit any of our boutiques with the original invoice and the item in its original condition and packaging.
You are entitled to an immediate exchange in the boutique after it has been assessed as valid by our retail staff.
If the exchanged item is of a higher value than the original item, you will be required to make up the difference in cash.
If the exchanged item is of a lower value than the original item, no refund will be given.
Our boutiques do not offer any other form of exchange (such as boutique cash vouchers or online store credit).
Online Exchanges and Returns
You need to speak to our customer service department and get a return/exchange confirmation before visiting our boutiques.
You need to send us the original invoice along with the item in its original condition and packaging.
Send your package to us via trackable postage.
If the exchanged item is of a higher value than the original item, you will be required to make up the difference in cash.
If the exchanged item is of a lower value than the original item, no refund will be given.
Taxes, duties, tariffs and excise duties imposed on overseas orders are not refundable, whether for refunds or exchanges.
